Nashville’s sports community is showing up, and this time, the field is our neighborhood.

Join the Nashville Sustainable Sports Alliance(opens in new tab), Urban Green Lab, Recycle Reinvest(opens in new tab), and Justice Industries(opens in new tab) for a morning of community harvest prep at Napier Community Garden in honor of Green Sports Day 2026. Volunteers will work side by side with community partners to care for and prepare this beloved neighborhood green space for harvest by the Soil Soldiers in South Nashville.

Nashville’s activation on October 2nd will be shared on Green Sports Alliance and UGL social channels as part of the national Green Sports Day celebration on October 6th — putting Nashville’s community action on a national stage.
