The Climate Week Cook-Off is back for its second year!
Join us for this zero-waste culinary challenge, highlighting food waste reduction and sustainable practices. The event features local chefs competing to create the ultimate zero-waste dish incorporating a theme ingredient. Guests will sample each featured dish before voting on their favorite.
The evening will culminate in a short program recognizing climate champions with the Sustainable Nashville Awards, before announcing the winning chef(s) with people’s choice and judges’ panel awards!
The cook-off celebrates friendly competition, food waste reduction, and the promise of a brighter, more sustainable world while supporting Urban Green Lab’s work.
