Founded in 2009, Urban Green Lab was incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in 2011. Our financials are open for public inspection here on this page, our Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee Giving Matters page, and Guidestar.

In December 2020, Urban Green Lab changed from a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year to a January 1 to December 31 fiscal year. All documents before that shift will reflect the previous system. Crosslin, PLLC, does our monthly financial accounting and prepares our IRS Form 990. Our 2022 financials was our first year requiring an audit completed by Thomason Financial Resources.
