As part of World Wildlife Fund’s Food Waste Warriors program, Urban Green Lab, in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and other community partners and volunteers, is working with three Metro Nashville Public Schools to deliver food waste prevention education, measure student food waste, and implement food rescue and diversion interventions including composting this Spring.
