Each month, Sustainable in the City brings together experts from all over the city to highlight how Nashvillians can reduce waste and live more sustainably. This month, it’s time to learn from Sustainable in the City hosts themselves on how vital our shared sustainability education is to ensure the food we consume, the things we throw away, and our everyday choices make the best impact on our community and planet.

Join us for an informative and fun conversation with Allie Omens, Zero Waste Program Coordinator for Metro Nashville Waste Services, and Karissa Hampton, Sustainable Households Manager at Urban Green Lab. We will end the 2023 Sustainable in the City season by discussing our organizations’ work to help Nashvillians live, work, and learn sustainably in our city.
