TN Dept. of Health – On September 3rd, Diana Andrew will be joining a panel hosted by the Tennessee Department of Health discussing Sustainable Living and Equitable Communities in Tennessee. This panel will be having a conversation on Tennessee’s food systems. Urban Green Lab manages the Nashville Food Waste Initiative, a collaboration with NRDC and Environmental Law Institute.
Sustaining Livable and Equitable Communities in Tennessee
This six-part series will focus on the elements of a livable community and how state and local leaders are working to support the ability for all Tennesseans to live to their fullest potentials. Guest speakers will share their expertise and thoughts with attendees, and there will be time for discussion. Leslie Meehan, Director of the Office of Primary Prevention (TDH) will guide meaningful discussion amongst our subject matter expert panelists.
